Anxiety, limiting thinking, and breathwork with Catherine Man

We led a workshop to help the Alpacees identify the sources of their anxieties and stress, and addressed it with a mindful breathwork practice. Usually our anxieties come from fearful thoughts that pose significant obstacles to moving forward and reaching goals. Catherine taught our mentees and friends a couple of active breathing techniques/practices that have been demonstrated to release stress and improve cognitive abilities.

Our friend, Alicia Violan, volunteered to help support the workshop and create a safe space for all participants. Alicia is also a longtime breathwork practitioner.
